| MONHEGAN ISLAND WEEK-LONG PAINTING WORKSHOPS OFFERED BY CALEB STONE VISITING AND PAINTING MONHEGAN FOR THIRTY YEARS 2003 dates: June 7-14 September 6-13
 Each workshop consists of five painting days with an on-the-spot demonstration and lecture beginning at 9am each day. At the conclusion of the demonstration, students will work in the medium of their choice with personal instruction from Mr. Stone. At 4pm the students will gather at the Trailing Yew porch or yard and Caleb will critique their day's work. Each student will be helped according to his or her ability, limitations and choice of medium. Friday is set aside to give the students an opportunity to paint the subject matter of their choice followed by a final critique; or to be used as a make-up class due to inclement weather. REGISTRATION: The tuition is $350.00, covering the art instruction only. The week begins on Saturday morning with the boat trip to Monhegan Island and a casual get-acquainted dinner in the evening. The week ends with a farewell dinner on Friday evening and the boat trip back to the mainland on Saturday morning. A deposit of $150.00 is required by June 1st (for June) and by September 1st (for September) to reserve a place in the workshop. Please mail to: Caleb Stone The class will be limited to 25 students.
